Today marks the first day where my expenses for each day of work are greater than the income that I personally produce during that day. From this point I have to always get work from my subcontractors sufficient to pay part of their fees. I'm not particularly worried about that, it's just something that hit me this morning... until now I was basically paying for an extra pair of hands to improve my own efficiency at generating work and even if they didn't do a thing... now I run a business where I have to balance expenses and revenue. Anyway, on to lunch.
