Thoughts on wish lists... (Je pense...)

As XXX and I get to know each other a bit more, I've begun thinking rather deeply about my wish list. I've just reviewed it, and yes, all of those things are attractive to me.

Thing I didn't consider before:
  • Fiscal responsibility and compatability
  • Kindness to animals
  • Methods of recreation and enjoyment
  • Musical interests
  • Dancing
  • elided on request
  • Calmness

What keeps slapping me across the face is that ultimate question about a wish list; which are the things that in the end turn out to be requirements, and which are really just wishes. I continue to think about it.

    Instead of "Calmness", how about "Patience" or "A Sense Of Perspective"?

    Similar. I'm actually thinking more along the lines of "Zen-ness". I figure that's a superset of "perspective", "patience", and "calmness". Along the lines of detachment... <br />

    Anyway, will have to think more about this later. Christine's home from work, so we're going to do dinner and have a quiet evening chatting.
