For those too lazy to read Canadian newspapers (Liberals are back in power, but with a minority government...)

Looks like Canada will be governed by an unofficial coalition of left-leaning parties, with the Liberals (centre-left) and NDP (left, but lately deeply into crack) making up the most commonly aligned voting blocks (though the Bloq Quebequois is quite similar to the NDP in many ways (save that they want to split Quebec out of Canada), and is actually holding twice as many seats as the NDP).

The Conservatives (extreme right) took ~100 seats, which is in some way scary. The Green party may (we don't know yet) have received 2% of the popular vote required to get funding for the next election. I finally found my local Green Party candidate. Funding would be a good thing.

Looks like they lost the NDP + Liberal as majority, they're a seat short. There's the one independent, but that's about it.
