Spent the bulk of the day (when not on the phone with Natasha or attending a relative's dedication ceremony) working on the presentation. I'm pretty much satisfied with the current state, not because it's perfect but because I could stand up with it today and do a decent presentation, everything from here on out is polishing.

Tomorrow is likely to be another all-day meeting for the unified billing project (D'Arcy's lead on it, but I'm helping with requirements collection). Then have to think about doing some packing and making sure we really do have a hotel for Tuesday (hotels.ca still hasn't responded to my email).
