Togl is still failing. I'm guessing it's something to do with the stubs code (I seem to recall someone mentioning that it was broken a number of months ago). Of course, I don't have the message around to refer to by now. I'm tempted (again) to just disable the silly thing and let someone who cares about Tk submit a patch to fix it :) .

Other than that the code is pretty much ready to go. I'll have to rebuild the documentation (and see if I can figure out why the word "format" is being dropped) before I can do a source-code release. That (setting up the documentation build environment) normally takes half a day all by itself.
