Camera's on the Wrong Setting (Everything's blue...)

About 50% of my shots from yesterday are garbage due to blurring (in low light you're hands need to be very stable to get good pictures out of this model). Another 45% or so are ruined by a lighting-mode-compensation setting that was set for incandescent instead of exterior lighting (the 50% also share the issue, but the blurring is more of an issue). Sigh, fine for documentation/reference, but couldn't use any of it in a publication.

There are a lot of programs that can fix the white balance issue. I use Bibble (http://bibblelabs.com/), but you should be able to do it in the Gimp as well. A quick google search brings up (http://docs.gimp.org/en/gimp-layer-white-balance.html). I hope that helps... Good luck!<br />

Thanks, I'll check it out. It wasn't just the white balance, the ISO setting was at 50 as well (which is where the blurring happened). Was doing a shot at home of the XO and forgot to update the settings. Anyway, maybe can salvage some of them.
