Bashing Tutorials Out

On the principle that it's better to just bash through and get *something* done than to spend forever trying to get enough time to do it right, I've started quickly converting the existing shader sample code into automatically generated tutorial web-pages.  I'm using a quick and dirty script to turn the '''-quoted strings in the text into basic HTML.  Not pretty, but it gets the job done.

The tutorial text itself is rather rough.  It needs to run a lot slower, most likely, but oh well, I can tweak it once I get a reasonable volume of material covered.

Nice work. I think basic shader tutorials are desperately needed.
