A bit of paying work (Since I don't seem to be getting anything done on the Open Source stuff)

Finally discovered the reason the silly togl ebuild doesn't work: the makefile doesn't actually install anything, so it creates an empty package... so useful. I got to that point and just said to heck with togl.

Decided instead to take a nap and then get some paying work done. Discovered one of those nasty bugs where something deep in a library that seemed like a good idea 4 or 5 years ago when working in an entirely different context with entirely different ideas of what's useful, and is now an assumption worked through dozens of projects, produces a very subtle, very hard to debug soft failure. Sigh. Good that I caught it in testing, but annoying that it got that far.

Anyway, I think I'll head to bed.
