OpenGLContext is almost on Python3

Anthony has been working on getting SimpleParse ported to Python3, so the last *major* impediment to making OpenGLContext (and PyVRML97) Python3 compatible is in-process. In the meantime, I went through and bashed out fixes to get most of the OpenGLContext tests/demos running under python3.4. Anything which is relying on VRML parsing is still broken, but there's quite a few that now work under GLUT (I haven't tested Pygame or wxPython yet).

Which is to say, procrastinating on choosing a proposal for tends to produce a flurry of Open Source work...
