Well, hitting 30 today. All-in-all it's a good life, if somewhat lonely. Too many friends lost in time. My fault, I suppose; need to work harder at it. Anyway, for now, get today's work done and maybe we can keep our collective heads above the miniscus.

Well, that was a long 5 days of basically non-stop talking (in other words, I loved it). The metaclass presentation seemed to go fairly well, though I'm told that my rather self-deprecating presentation style distracted at least one audience member. Most feedback seemed to be of the "that clarified it for me" vein.

Well, spent most of the evening on PyOpenGL and TTFQuery, with some cleanup work in OpenGLContext as well. New release of TTFQuery that works around a bug in FontTools. Been working on refactoring the importer all day as I port the second import-type to using it. Mostly just lots of shuffling code around so it can be shared and finding ways to eliminate the custom handling of individual classes.
